• Assessing Kim's symptoms, her doctor diagnoses her and immediately prescribes a medication to her pharmacy of choice
• Post-visit, Kim wants to follow up with her care plan, so she goes to the "My Records" tab of Kiwi-Care to access her medical notes
• A few days later, a Kiwi-Care professional will check in with Kim to make sure she is feeling better
• Kim is always supported by the Kiwi-Care team and whenever she has a quick question she can reach out to her provider and Kiwi-Care staff via our secure text messaging
