• Based on his feedback, James is accurately diagnosed from the comfort of his home
• James's doctor orders blood work, which he can conveniently get done at any local lab
• Together they talk about his health goals and they make a care plan that James can see himself following to improve his health
• Post-visit, James and his wife want to follow up with his care plan so they go to the "My Records" tab of Kiwi-Care to access his medical notes
• A few days later, a Kiwi-Care professional will check in with James to follow up with how his symptoms have persisted
• James is always supported by the Kiwi-Care team and whenever he has a quick question he can reach out to his provider and Kiwi-Care staff via text
